Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Healthy Nest (operated by AquaLabs) collects, why, and your choices. We keep it lean: we only collect what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Food profile: the preferences you enter - diet, allergies, dislikes, likes, servings, and similar. Allergy information can be health-related; you choose whether to provide it, and we use it only to tailor recipes and warn against ingredients.
• App activity: your meal plans, saved recipes, pantry items, shopping list, and “cooked” history, so the Service works and improves your plans.
• Technical: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details. We store only a subscription reference so we can grant or remove Pro access.

How we use your data

• To provide the Service: generate recipes, weekly plans, and shopping lists tailored to you.
• To manage your account, subscription, and support requests.
• To keep the Service secure and working.

AI processing

To generate recipe ideas and plans, your relevant preferences (e.g. diet, allergies, a prompt you type) are sent to an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not send your email or payment data to the AI, and we do not use your data to train third-party models.

Hosting & processors

The Service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, and AI). We share data only with processors needed to run the Service - currently Cloudflare (infrastructure) and Paddle (payments). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Cookies

Essential: a single cookie keeps you signed in. Marketing (only with your consent): if you accept in our cookie banner, a Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets cookies to measure our ads and reach, and to show relevant ads. You can decline, and it will not load; you can change your mind by clearing the site's storage. We use no other advertising or analytics tracking. See Meta's privacy policy.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can access, correct, or delete your data - deleting your account removes your profile and app data. To make a request, email us at the address below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

Children

Healthy Nest is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.
