Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Healthy Nest (the “Service”), a recipe and meal-planning web app operated by AquaLabs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Healthy Nest provides a recipe library, automatically generated weekly meal plans, shopping lists, and AI-generated recipe ideas personalised to the preferences and dietary information you provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Healthy Nest offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan at €12.99/month or €99.99/year.
Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge for renewals after cancellation.
Payments, invoices, taxes, and receipts are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to transactions.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro with no card required. The trial ends automatically and does not convert into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe. Promotional offers can end or change at any time, with notice for paid plans.

4. Health & nutrition disclaimer

Recipes, nutrition figures, and meal plans are general ideas for healthy home cooking, not medical, dietary, or professional advice. They are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always check ingredients against your own allergies and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary needs. You use recipes at your own discretion and risk.

5. AI-generated content

Some recipes and suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors, unusual combinations, or incorrect nutrition or allergen information. Review anything AI generates before cooking or eating it - especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; accessing it in an automated or abusive way; infringing others’ rights; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own household cooking. Recipes you generate are yours to use personally.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from reliance on recipes, nutrition data, or AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
